If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights, please email support@calahe.com with the subject line "IP Notice" and include: your name and contact details; a description of the work or right you believe has been infringed; the exact page address where the content appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Our response process
We review every complete notice promptly, usually within five business days. Where appropriate, we will remove or disable the content and let you know the outcome.
Counter-notices
If content you supplied was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the content concerned and the reasons you believe it was removed in error.
Good faith and transparency
We handle every notice fairly and confidentially, and we will never use the details you provide for any other purpose.
