Terms of service
Overview
These Terms of Service apply when you use calahe.com (the "site") or buy from Calahe ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies, which form part of them.
Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage it or interfere with other users.
Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly from item to item. If a product isn't as described, our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law apply.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and availability
An order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you. Shopify is not a party to your purchase, and these terms are an agreement between you and Calahe only.
Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Please use our products as intended and supervise your pet with any new item.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to Calahe or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
